OPTION 2: DO 8 ROUNDS : EVERY 30 SEC DO 3-5 X PUSH UPS (PICK WHAT YOU CAN STAY CONSISTENT WITH)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 EMPTY BB OR PVC –> [TEENS @ 45/35 , PRETEENS @ 15, KIDS @ PVC – 5 LBS]

IF NO BARBELL -> USE DBS (IF ONLY 1 DB DO 1/2 REPS ON EACH SIDE) -> USE ANY OBJECT SIMILAR TO A DB (SHOULD BE LIGHT WEIGHT)
