WARM UP:

30 x jump n jack
20 x squats
10 x cart wheels

METCON

20 min or 5 rounds

1 x HS kick up
5 x DB press
10 x 1-leg squats
15 x pushups

*Scaled options

do HS wall walk or modify with 1 x cartwheel or forward roll
hold onto something for pistols or just do regular squats

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: dumbbells or just 1 DB
