WARM UP:

2 min of jump rope
practice 5 reps of each movement on each side

METCON

3- 5 ROUNDS 

40 x double unders / 80 x singles
40 x sit ups
20 x push ups
10 x reverse burpees

Scaled reps:

40 x jump rope
20 x sit ups
10 x push ups
5 x reverse burpees
