CROSSFIT KIDS WOD
I. Alternating Tabata
(A) hollow hold
(B) as many push ups as possible
II. 5 rounds 3min on/ 3 min off
10 x burpees [ scaled = 7]
20 x 10 m shuttle run
As many DU/jump ropes as possible in time remaining
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- Area for pushups & burpees
- Mark an area for ~30ft to run back and forth
- Jump rope
