Program Notes

We are testing our 1RM for three lifts this week! On these days we will do a short and light Metcon prior to the lift. This is to get you nice and warm and to allow plenty of time for you to Max out on your lift. Scale more than usual as needed on the Metcon to save your energy for your 1RM.
