21 Hang Power Cleans (95/65, 115/75, 135/95, 155/105, 185/125)
*after the burpees are complete, the pair will run with the weights needed for first set of HPC, come in put on weight (MUST USE CLIPS) and complete 21 reps at first weight. Then run with weight needed to complete weight for second round of HPC. Each partner must carry a plate for each run.
