(=250X Steps ups…working to 1000 individual or 500/team)

OPTION 2: THINK
For Time, partition as desired
3K row
50 GHD situps
10 Rope climbs

OPTION 3: ACTIVE RECOVERY
40 Minute bike
Every 5:00 x 8 sets
5 Strict pull ups
100ft Singe arm farmers carry each
20 Second hollow hold
