CROSSFIT KIDS WOD

CFK virtual WOD with Coach Nic today at 12:30 PM.  Let us know if you’d like to join us!

The name of the WOD is…“DOUBLE DOWN”  

50 X JUMP ROPE  25 X SIT UPS  SHUTTLE RUN 
40 X JUMP ROPE  20 X SIT UPS  SHUTTLE RUN 
30 X JUMP ROPE  15 X SIT UPS  SHUTTLE RUN 
20 X JUMP ROPE  10 X SIT UPS  SHUTTLE RUN 
10 X JUMP ROPE  5 X SIT UPS  SHUTTLE RUN 

 

 Equipment needed:

  1. FIND A SHUTTLE RUN SPOT  
  2. JUMP ROPE 
  3. YOGA MAT OR SOMETHING SOFT FOR SIT UPS
