For Time:
400 m speed rope run [modified: 4 min speed rope]
50 x squats
40 x s2s twists
30 x v-ups
20 x lateral burpee over bar
10 x HS kick ups to balance
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- jump rope
- 200-400 m distance
- BB/DB
- Mat for v-ups & burpees
- Area for handstands
