Our CrossFit program combines Olympic- and Powerlifting, running, rowing, biking, basic gymnastic moves, plyometrics, calisthenics…and even tire flipping and rope climbing (again, totally scalable to the ability of the athlete) into WODs (workouts of the day) that are challenging, interesting and promote positive changes in your body and fitness levels.

This is what CrossFit is famous for! What many people don’t realize is that every workout is scaled to each person’s ability level, from beginners to advanced athletes and teenagers to people in their 70’s and 80’s. Thinking CrossFit is like what you see on TV is a bit like thinking tossing a football around in your yard will be like playing in the NFL - we promise it’s less intimidating that you might think!
