single DB Power clean
lateral hops over DB
single DB push press
burpees
rest (yes, this is a station)
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 1 X DB (teens @ 25-30/20, preteens 15/10, kids 2.5 – 5 – 7.5 lbs)
NO DB? FIND AN OBJECT SIMILAR IN WEIGHT (A BALL, USE A FULL WATER BOTTLE)
