“Five Below”

This is going to feel eerily familiar to last Wednesday’s Hell Hole so buckle up! We’ll recommend scaling of the loads based on your double under abilities. Double unders have become a basic strength in CrossFit. To scale the dubs simply to RX the load is probably not going to be in your best “balanced athlete” approach.

100 DU, into max rounds of:
6 Lateral DB burpee
12 DB FS (50/35’s)
-Rest 5 minutes-
100 DU, into max rounds of:
6 Lateral DB burpee
9 DB thruster (50/35’s)
-Rest 5 minutes-
100 DU, into max rounds of:
6 Lateral DB burpees
6 DB clusters (50/35’s)
