Warm-up: Hang from a pull-up bar for 3 minutes
Each time you drop from the bar, perform:
100-m run
I. 2 quality sets
10 x (R) single arm thruster
20 sec Birddog on each side
10 x (L) single arm thrusters
10 x T2B/ knee raise
II.Tag team 8 rounds for time of:
10 x Burpees
15 x Jumping alternating lunges
20 x Double-unders
25 yard Shuttle sprint (5 x 5 yards)
** rest while partner goes
