I.  Squat EMOM
   10 Minute OTM 2 back squats

 

II. “Five Below”

AMRAP 5′

50 x DU, into max rounds of:
6 Lateral DB burpee
12 x FS
-Rest 5 minutes-

AMRAP 5′

50 x DU, into max rounds of:
6 x Lateral DB burpee
9 x thrusters
-Rest 5 minutes-

AMRAP 5′
50 x DU, into max rounds of:
6 x Lateral DB burpees
6 x clusters

 

Tuesday, June 23, 2020.

I.  Death by Power Clean and Burpee Pull Up

1 Power Clean and 1 Burpee Pull Up on the first minute,
2 Power Cleans and 2 Burpee Pull Ups on the second minute,
3 Power Cleans and 3 Burpee Pull Ups on the third minute, etc…until you can no longer complete the required reps.

II. Every other minute EMOM for 8 

Every 90 seconds complete:

10 x KB Swings
100 m Sprint

*If you miss a round, count a penalty. For each penalty incurred you must complete one 60 second
