This is our flagship class that CrossFit gyms around the world are known for! We warm you up, tell you everything you need to know about the day’s workout and scaling it to your ability level, and then usually work on a strength or skill based movement and do a fun, intense conditioning workout as a group, all in one hour.
Our goal at CrossFit Kids is to educate and excite kids from elementary school through high school about moving and taking care of their bodies, creating lifelong healthy habits and having fun the whole time. Classes are structured appropriately for all our different age groups, ranging from ages 5-8, 9-12, and 13-16 or so, at which point we’ll generally graduate our veteran teenagers into adult CrossFit classes.
This 30-40 minute class is similar to our main class offering but focuses on bodyweight movements and eliminates barbells for people who want to still get an intense workout while avoiding the more technical movements of our CrossFit class.
