Different than our usual Bear Complex for time, today we have more of a metcon with the Bear with a “manageable load”. The WB’s will keep it interesting, and the fact that you only have to do two rounds of Bear per “round” of the AMRAP…even more intriguing. How many rounds do you think you can get?
