CROSSFIT KIDS WOD 

I. 7 MIN AMRAP

5 x push ups 
10 x box jump or /tuck jumps/broad jumps
15 x 1 arm DB snatch 

II. 3 sets

(A) 12-10-8 x 1-legged DL (each leg)
(B) 5! DB bicep curls combo  [supinated/reverse/ hammer] 

 


EQUIPMENT NEEDED: 

  • jump rope   
  • BB/DB  
  • Area for 1 handstand hold/wall crawl 
  • Box jumps (ex. a step on your porch or stairs) 
  • Mat
