It is REALLY hard to create an “EVENT” with social distancing and the stay-at-home order. So, this Saturday, and every Saturday in April, Coach and Yogi extraordinaire, Tiffany will be hosting a Zoom Yoga sesh with Coach Ed as her “subject” (or student). Just knowing Ed is going to do Yoga should be enough to make you want to tune in!

The official invitation:  Join Coach Mouth (Ed) for a 45 minute yoga class led by Coach Tiff every Saturday at 8am in April! This class will be held virtually through zoom for FREE! Families are encouraged to participate with you! Classes will be accessible to all levels of flexibility, so even if you “can’t touch your toes” please still join us!
