We are not an “open gym”. We run CrossFit classes by appointment. NO DROP INS! Our athletes, should you become one of them, expect our attention during their class, and we schedule new athletes and “tours” during hours we don’t have existing classes. You’ll receive that same dedication from us as an athlete in our gym. We appreciate this consideration.

 

 

NEW TO CROSSFIT? and want to try us out or just look around and ask some questions…please email our inquiry inbox at tess@crossfitrebels.com to either schedule a time to visit the box to ask questions or to schedule a TEST DRIVE (complimentary 1:1 CrossFit experience). One of our Head Coaches will email you back within 24 hours

VISITING CROSSFITTERS*
from other boxes, please EMAIL our inquiry inbox at tess “at” crossfitrebels “dot” com to schedule into a class. Allow at least 24 hours for a return email. We LOVE meeting our fellow athletes from afar, but want to know when you’re coming! We ask that you have CrossFitted for at least 3 months and not be fresh out of an on-ramp program.  Our classes are of mixed abilities and we don’t have “beginner only” classes.  

Our Drop In rate is $20.00/day, or buy a Tshirt and we’ll call it even. If you’re with us for a week, the rate is $50.00. If you’re going to be with us for more than a week, we can work out rate for the time you’re here. Just shoot us an email.

(*To clarify, by CrossFitter we mean experienced CrossFitter from another affiliate. Though CrossFit boxes are all independent, we typically run our businesses in a similar fashion. If you have never CrossFitted at an affiliate but “do CrossFit” out of your garage, in school, etc., you’ll likely not be able to blend into our classes, and in these cases we require a 1:1 to assess your knowledge of the sport, the movements and fitness level).
