Getting Started with Personal Training
Whether you desire Personal Training (or Private Coaching, as we call it here) just because you prefer to train one-on-one or you want to get a little stronger, or perhaps you’re still on the mend from an injury or health condition, or are seriously deconditioned…or, maybe you just desire to get true push ups and great form under your belt before you jump into a CrossFit class, we offer one-on-one training here at CrossFit Rebels as our schedule and coaches schedules allow.
PRIVATE COACHING (Personal Training)
At times, we can offer Private Coaching at CrossFit Rebels. You’ll meet one on one with your Coach to complete our New Athlete Paperwork, express your goals, determine your current level of fitness and develop a program to help you achieve those goals. Contact us (ihaveaquestion
