Events

We are not an “open gym”.  We run CrossFit classes by appointmentNO DROP INS!  Our athletes, should you become one of them, expect our attention during their class, and we schedule new athletes and “tours” during hours we don’t have existing classes.  You’ll receive that same dedication from us as an athlete in our gym.  We appreciate this consideration.

 

 

 VISITING CROSSFITTERS* from other boxes, please EMAIL our inquiry inbox at ihaveaquestionatcrossfitrebelsdotcom  (ihaveaquestionatcrossfitrebelsdotcom)    to schedule into a class. Allow at least 24 hours for a return email.  We LOVE meeting our fellow athletes from afar, but want to know when you’re coming! We ask that you have CrossFitted for at least 45 days-60 days and not be fresh out of an on-ramp program.

Our Drop In rate is $20.00/day, or buy a Tshirt and we’ll call it even.  If you’re with us for a week, the rate is $50.00.   If you’re going to be with us for more than a week, we can work out rate for the time you’re here.  Just shoot us an email.

(*To clarify, by CrossFitter we mean experienced CrossFitter from another affiliate.  Though CrossFit boxes are all independent, we typically run our businesses in a similar fashion.  If you have never CrossFitted at an affiliate but “do CrossFit” out of your garage, in school, etc., you’ll likely not be able to blend into our classes, and in these cases we require a 1:1 to assess your knowledge of the sport, the movements and fitness level).

Waste 5 minutes of your life and Google “Importance of Rules”.  You’ll find them in schools, in the military, in families for children, in corporate America disguised as “policy”…they’re everywhere, including the Bible.  We all have our own set of personal rules.  Well, have them here too at CFR.  We have rules or “standards” for each of our movements as well as rules for class structure.  Our coaches’  are dedicated and focused to and on the athletes training – and to preserve that, we run our box on a class schedule. 

 

GYM HOURS

CrossFit Classes generally last an hour.
The gym will be open approximately 15 minutes prior to the class start.
Warm up time is included in the hour-long class time.
The gym is either closed or occupied with personal training/private clients during non-CrossFit Class hours.
Please call or email (as indicated above) if you’re not a current athlete with us and are not on the schedule.
