group: wall facing HS scaps -> hollow -> L/R MB balance
1 min laying squat mobility + pigeon

KIDS:
2 groups:

(a) 5 x BS -> 5 x push ups -> 5 x t2b
(b) 20 x jump rope -> 5 x shoot thrus -> 2 x cart wheel or bear crawl

STRENGTH
PT/T: 4 rounds
5 x BACKSQUAT increasing loads
(a1) 10 x plyo push ups or ring push ups
(a2) 10 x hanging levers

WORKOUT
GET to 50 x WB!
