Jump rope drills + tumbling + wall climbs

Skills or Strength drills:
10 min to practice non weighted skill of your choice or choose from list

  • DU
  • rope climb
  • pull ups
  • peg board
  • HS

METCON:
2 rounds of
RIGHT SIDE 5 x 1 arm PRESS + 10 x WL steps
LEFT SIDE 5 x 1 arm PRESS + 10 x WL steps
15 x sit up throws
Then do 25 x burpees
