2 rounds – limbo -> high knees + lateral pass combo -> Br jumps
3 rounds – Cindy

SKILL/STRENGTH:

10 min or 2/3 rounds
45 sec of practice or if proficient complete
15 sec : Frog stand balance
15 sec : 2 Head stand
15 sec : return to start
kip handstand

5/5 x 1 legged box jump 2 balance + 2 x high box jump
